HOW TO... KEEP MOTIVATION - WORKOUT

I've been working out for almost 2 years now. In the past I went through an eating disorder and I started working out while I had anemia and used to feel so weak all the time.

Today, I try to maintain the best diet I can possibly pull through. Of course I'm still learning what exercises are better for my body type and my goals are still away from me. Even knowing that, I know that this time I'm doing everything in the right way, without making myself feel sick, without making my body suffer because I don't feel good about myself.

So what keeps me on track?

1 - HEALTH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT

You only have that body, you have to respect it's limits. When your body is tired you can't force him to make things he simply can't be able to perform, I used to treat my body like shit, starving myself and forcing my tired body to workout. And plus, if you play all the right cards you'll get stronger and more confident.



2 - #INSTAINSPIRATION

I always get motivated when I'm inspired, I honestly get all my inspiration from instagram, from fitness routines, gurus, butt and squats workouts, healthy delicious recipes, motivational quotes...

3 - FASHION

Because working out makes me feel like I'll  fit on that jeans like never and my butt will look better than ever. And... you know girls... fashion gym wear is always a must, You'll want to exibe your best workout outfits.

Supadupa healthy though delicious food porn. Smoothies, Pancakes, Oats and Peanut butter, even dark chocolate, and all the greens and fruits... I'm already dying. 
Starting to eat healthy is a journey, during this journey you'll learn that some foods are actually flavorful and delicious and you'll love to discover new recipes and you also will impress your dear mother.

5 - CREATE A WORKOUT ROUTINE THAT YOU LOVE

Either if your training at the gym or from home, do the exercises you actually like, if you like to jog, play any kind of team sports, go to yoga or body balance classes... It's your choice.


Personally I like to do my gym work and complete it with at home functional training and bodypump classes.

If you want to find some workout routines go to Pinterest and there they have plenty of workout plans, also there are a couple of fantastic fitness gurus on Youtube you can follow, I love following Cassey Ho the beautiful girl beyond Blogilates, and also Jessica Smith from Jessicasmithtv and of course Shaun T author of the Insanity and T25) and even new apps that can register your results and plan your workouts for you (if you want more info about this ask me on the comments)
